I so thought that my kids knew more about the Nintendo Switch, boy was I wrong. lol They didn't know you can hook it to the T.V. therefore they didn't know what the dock was. Then they started to slide the joycon controllers everywhere lol. The controllers got stuck in the wrist strap adaptors. So a little tip. The Joy Con controller are made with a + and - sign. Make sure the correct adaptor is plugged into the correct Joy Con controller or you will have to watch a video on how to release the controller like I had to lol None the less they love it and will continue to love it because it is not broken, I say the Unboxing was a fail because I assumed they knew more about the system.
